Our annual conference, The Future of Service, is open for bookings.
This year our conference will demonstrate how to deliver the headline benefits promised by customer-centred transformation.
Delivering a seamless journey across your business is not easy.
Whether your service users are customers, patients, students, clients or even employees – their expectations are rising. Are you ready to meet the challenge, before someone else does?
Turn customer toleration into advocacy, with real world examples from both B2B and B2C organisations, insight into future trends and OEE Consulting expertise.
The keynote speech will be delivered by the Financial Times’ Undercover Economist Tim Harford. He is the author of ‘Fifty Things That Made the Modern Economy’, ‘Messy’, and the million-selling ‘The Undercover Economist’. His career has spanned roles at Oxford University and the World Bank, whilst his Undercover Economist columns dwell on the economics of daily life.
Tim will be joined by senior leaders from OEE Consulting who will explore the benefits of transformation programmes focused on the customer, whilst senior executives from across the service industry will share case studies on disrupting legacy thinking and contribute to a panel discussion tackling how to sell a customer journey approach to your boss.
