OEE Consulting has been shortlisted for three awards by the Management Consultancies Association (MCA).
The MCA Awards are judged by an independent panel of senior representatives from business, academia and industry bodies, making it the benchmark for quality within the consulting industry.
Each entry we submitted was shortlisted, an achievement which reflects the strength of our collaborative approach and exceptional client advocacy.
Our entries covered both specific client projects and our overall approach to delivering outstanding client service and value.
Our International award entry covered a project we led to establish a successful model for collaboration across the borders between the US and Mexico.
Through our significant financial services experience, Latin American Spanish speaking consultants, and a sensitivity to cultural differences, we brought people together to deliver improvements for their customers.
The result? One of the first successful projects between the two organisations in the US and Mexico, delighting customers and providing an ongoing annualised saving.
Delivering extraordinary client service and value has always been at the core of OEE Consulting’s approach, resulting in 2017 business growth of 40% fuelled almost exclusively by client referrals.
Our ‘certainty of outcome promise’ means if we don’t deliver the agreed objectives for the client, we will work (at our own cost) until the objectives are delivered.
In 2017 we commissioned extensive client research which revealed “the highest levels of client advocacy that we have ever uncovered for a management consulting firm.”
Using direct feedback we are developing our proposition and people to provide increased strategic engagement and technology integration to our clients, building a platform for mutual success in 2018 and beyond.
This was the first year we have entered the MCA Awards, making us eligible for the best new consultancy – even though we celebrated our 20th anniversary in 2017. Successful consultancies in this category demonstrate their client focus, delivery excellence, commitment to their people and operational excellence.
All finalist entries will be interviewed by judges in the coming weeks, with winners announced at an awards ceremony on 26th April.
