OEE Consulting has formalised its relationship with back office workforce optimisation software provider ActiveOps, forging an agreement to become the primary implementation partner for its Workware solution in the UK.
Workware is the most successful workforce optimisation application for back office and shared service environments. It quantifies work and time, manages capacity, and measures productivity for both people and robots. By enabling capacity to be optimised, the solution reduces costs and improves service delivery across diverse and complex back office operations.
