We understand the importance of accreditation, which is why we’re honoured to work with a number of leading academic institutions including Cardiff University, Loughborough University and the Institute of Leadership & Management. Furthermore, OEE’s training is also compliant with the Institute for Continuous Improvement in Public Services (ICiPs) and we’re proud to have been recently awarded Gold level recognition.
OEE’s Lean Service training is accredited by Cardiff University, which is the foremost academic institution in Europe on the subject of Lean.
All of our Lean training follows the university’s internationally recognised framework known as the Lean Competency System (LCS). Our accreditation is proof that our engaging and interactive training is not only technically sound, but also professionally delivered. Furthermore, studying for accreditation means that delegates complete a Lean project, delivering real business benefits whilst attaining personal qualifications. Working with Loughborough University’s renowned Centre for Service Management (CSM), we have developed our Design of Service Operations training course. The first academically audited training course of its type in existence, this accredited course enables you to consistently deliver your business strategy and service proposition with less effort and lower costs.
Divided into three highly interactive training modules covering Foundation, Practitioner and Advances Practitioner, on successful completion delegates are accredited to the Loughborough Service Operating Model Skills framework. Read more about Design of Service Operations.
The ILM is the UK’s leading body for management and leadership qualifications. It’s why we’re proud that our Operational Development Programme has been approved by the ILM. This recognition of our high standards, flexible approach and proven results is proof that our methods not only work, but make a real difference.
